We start our ciders off with a variety of sour apples making a more tart cider and as the apple season goes on, the blends of apples become sweeter. Our cider is 100% apples and has no additives at all! It's the best cider around Green Bluff!
Flavorful take and bake pies sure to make for a great dessert for any occasion. We have different pies as the seasons come along. Starting with cherry pies and ending with apple. We also do some mixed with huckleberry!
Taste the difference of our homemade jams and syrups using our fresh Green Bluff fruit to make them. Starting with cherry jams and syrups, as the season goes on we will have plenty of different jams and syrups.
Using our fresh and high quality apples, we make some great freeze dried apple chips and even flavored ones! They make for an light, tasty, and excellent healthy snack. Be sure to give them a try!
